Application

Complete RentSpree Application (for all 18+) Submit all required documents in one package

Review & Approval

Await landlord approval or submit additional documents if needed

Lease Finalization

Sign the lease agreement Obtain a Cashier’s Check (name must match exactly)

Move-In

Schedule check handoff and receive keys Conduct final walk-through for damages

Post-Move

Set up utilities (gas, electricity, water, internet, trash) Update mailing address and set up USPS mail forwarding Receive HOA rules and regulations (within 7 days if applicable)
